A multi-layer color that can be used around the eyes, on the cheeks, and as an eyeshadow base.
It is made of more than 70% water-based
It adheres well for a long time and is perfect for double eyelids.

[How to use]
When using, mix the contents thoroughly with the applicator before use.
Apply an appropriate amount directly to the skin with the applicator tip, or take an appropriate amount on the back of your hand and blend it in with your fingers.
Adjust the finish while it is still wet before it dries.
