Order cancellation/change 
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations or changes to your order after it has been confirmed. 
Please consider your order carefully before confirming your order. 


Returning/Exchanging 
We have the following rules regarding the return and replace of goods.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is defective, good will check the defective part and provide a prompt exchange or refund.

Please contact our customer service (support@sensestokyo.com) and return the product to us in 7days.Please note that we will not be able to accept returns after 8 days of delivery. 
We will pay for the return shipping costs.We apologize for the inconvenience, but please send it by cash on delivery. 
In the unlikely event that the same product is out of stock, we will refund your money. 
※We do not accept direct returns or exchanges of goods purchased from sources other than this site.Please contact the shop where you purchased the product. 
  1. Return or replace of a good product 
We do not accept any returns or exchanges at the customer's convenience.Please note that we do not accept returns for customer reasons such as the nature of the good does not suit the skin.
